Charging requirements

Power and Water has a range of charges for related services associated with development activity including but not necessarily limited to:

  • connections;
  • recoverable works; and
  • administrative services.

Charges for related services are those referred to in a pricing order (a determination of financial charges made under Section 60 of the Water Supply and Sewerage Services Act) approved by the Minister responsible for economic regulation.
