Employment

Working at Power and Water

Power and Water is one of the largest businesses in the Northern Territory providing power, water and sewerage services for a diverse range of more than 70,000 customers including domestic, business, major industry and remote Aboriginal communities.

In accordance with the Public Sector Employment and Management Act, Power and Water Corporation may offer permanent employment to applicants who have Australian citizenship or permanent residency status. For non-Australian citizens, proof of permanent residency is required for permanent offers of employment. Contract employment may be offered as an alternative to those who do not have citizenship or permanent residency.
