Melaleuca Awards
About the Melaleuca Awards
Power and Water's annual Melaleuca Awards were developed in 2003 to recognise outstanding achievement in environmental excellence in the Northern Territory. Over the past eight years we have recognised and rewarded numerous businesses, community groups, schools and individuals for being environmental advocates.
The Melaleuca Awards are awarded in six categories; Commercial/Industry, Community, Individual, Schools, Small Business and Environment Grants.
2010 Melaleuca Award winners
The 2010 Melaleuca Award winners were presented with their prizes on Friday 4 June 2010 at the George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens. The winners of the school poster competition were also presented at the Awards night.
