Proposed redevelopment and construction works at Ben Hammond Complex

Power and Water Corporation plans to construct a new Essential Spares office at its Stuart Park Ben Hammond Complex.

The map below depicts the area where construction work will take place. The development submission is currently lodged with the Development Consent Authority.

Construction of the proposed office is expected to begin mid 2011 assuming approval for the development is received.

Under the Waste and Pollution Control Act and Workhealth Regulations, this work will be undertaken during the following times:

  • Monday to Friday 7am until 5pm; and
  • Saturday 7am until 1pm.
