Damage to Hermannsburg water infrastructure

Due to recent rainfall the rising main (borefield to the community pipeline) has been damaged.

As a result water production has been affected limiting the amount of water available to the community.

Power and Water and the Hermannsburg Essential Services Operator have been on site making repairs. The water supply storage will be recharged and all residents in the area are advised to use water sparingly until the damage is repaired.
